Preparation and Shipping of Your Order
We commit to preparing and shipping your package within 48 hours of the order, except during the month of December, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. However, during peak periods, order preparation may take up to 48 to 72 hours.
Notification and Tracking of Your Package
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number of your order. You will then be able to track the progress of your package and be kept informed of the delivery status.
Delivery
On our online store, we offer you two delivery options: Standard delivery and Express delivery.
- Standard delivery costs €4.95 and allows you to receive your order within 2 to 4 business days. If your order exceeds €60, you benefit from free Standard delivery.
- Express delivery costs €6.95 and allows you to receive your order within 1 to 2 business days.
We work with Amazon Logistics to ensure the delivery of your packages. You can therefore be confident that your order will be in good hands.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns of certain types of goods are not allowed. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not eligible for return include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Procedure
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us using the contact form on our website or by sending an email to bonjour@pierrot.store to inform us. Please provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once we have received your return request, we will send you return instructions by email, along with a prepaid return label that will allow you to return your items to us free of charge. You must return the items in their original condition and packaging.
Once we have received the returned items, we will process a refund for the amount paid for the returned items. We will refund the amount using the same payment method used to place the order.
We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Generally, this can take up to 7 days from the receipt of the package. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refund postings are often preceded by a processing delay. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: bonjour@pierrot.store.
Sale or promotional items:
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at bonjour@pierrot.store.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to that person and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
