Delivery and returns

Preparing and shipping your order

We promise to prepare and ship your package within 48 hours of ordering, with the exception of December, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. However, during busy periods, it may take up to 48 to 72 hours to prepare the order.

Notification and tracking of your package

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number for your order. You will be able to follow the delivery of your package and be kept informed of the smooth delivery.

Delivery

On our online sales site, we offer two delivery options: Standard delivery and Express delivery.

  • Standard delivery costs €4.95 and allows you to receive your order within 2 to 4 working days. If your order exceeds €60, you benefit from free Standard delivery.
  • Express delivery costs €6.95 and allows you to receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.

We work with Amazon Logistics to ensure the delivery of your packages. So you can be sure that your order will be in good hands.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be returned in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not permitted for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return procedure

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us using the contact form on our site or by sending an email to bonjour@pierrot.store to inform us. Please provide us with the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • The order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for returning

Once we receive your return request, we will email you return instructions, along with a prepaid return label that will allow you to return your items to us free of charge. You must return the items in their original condition in their original packaging. 

Once we have received the returned items, we will issue a refund of the amount paid for the returned items. We will refund the amount to the same payment method used to place the order.

We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Generally, it can take up to 7 days from receipt of the package. If you have any questions about our returns policy or need assistance returning an item, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form or by sending an email to bonjour@pierrot.store.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time. If you have completed all these steps and have still not received your refund, contact us at the following address: bonjour@pierrot.store.

Sale or promotional items:

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at bonjour@pierrot.store.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
